OUR TERMS & CONDITIONS

In-Person Services (UK Locations Only)

Offering

The Wellbeing Cognoscente and team members offer Holistic Space Management and Design services which include: General Organising, Professional Decluttering, Design and Provision of storage, accessories, redecorating, staging and furnishing.

Design and Furnishing - This includes 3D concept designs, digital mood boards/ sample boards, identification and procurement of furnishing (hard and soft) for a new home or redecorating. Installers and trades can be provided or if you (the client) has preferred vendors, then supervision is provided to ensure the design is correctly interpreted.

General Organising - This refers to maintaining all existing available structures while providing organising storage accessories and services.

Professional Decluttering - This generally refers to working alongside (you) the client to offer support and encouragement, virtually or in-person. It also refers to team TWC carrying out the decluttering service physically with your (the Client) direction and participation. All decisions about what to dispose of or donate is made by you (the client).  The Wellbeing Ltd is unable to advise on the value of any items and you (the client) agrees and signs off that anything given for donation is non returnable under any circumstances prior to arrangements with receiving organisations and movers.

Handling Goods

Although we make every effort to handle every client’s property with the utmost care, we will not accept liability for any loss or damage, however caused, during the course of providing the service. We rely on you (the client) to ensure that suitable and appropriate insurance cover is in place in the event of any potential damage, however caused. Should the service require the movement or lifting of heavy or large items, arrangements can be provided at an additional cost to you (the client) or you (the client) may wish to arrange additional help from other parties. We (TWC Ltd) will not be liable or responsible for any other parties employed by you (the client) but will gladly give guidance as it relates to our brief.

‘Healing Circle’ - TWC Community ( Subscription Based Community)

The tribe exists to provide bespoke services, continuous coaching, guidance and support, access to professional help and resources, access to paid retreats at reduced member’s rates, maintenance guidance coaching and community.

Personal Safety of TWC Ltd Team Members & Contractors

Prior to our appointment, you, (the client), agree to disclose any information relating to the working environment that might put us at risk of harm or damage to health. We require to be informed of are dangerous/ hazardous or sharp objects, including medical needles, blades of any kind, broken or sharp objects (such as glass or mirrors) or dangerous animals. Where infestation is detected that was not communicated prior for the necessary professional body to be contacted, we will cease work until that is sorted and you (the client) are liable for the payment of the full session.

Please note that all risks associated with decluttering activities are your (the client’s) responsibility. Kindly assess therefore, the safety of all equipment such as step ladders for instance before using.

For TWC Ltd Team safety, details of location, session timings, etc will be signed off and common knowledge to the rest of the team and not with anyone else outside of the team and administration office.

Other Suppliers and Services

On occasion, TWC Ltd may recommend the services, or provide contact details for other service providers to you but will not accept any responsibility for their performance nor liability for any fees payable for their services or for any loss or damage that they may cause.  For the avoidance of doubt, any contractual arrangements will be made directly between you (the Client) and the supplier except agreed and signed off prior to start of the project.

Confidentiality and Safeguarding

  • All information and conversations are kept completely confidential. The only circumstances in which any information may be shared is if there exists:

  • - A suspicion or appearance of risk of harm yourself 9the client) or to anyone else.

  • There is evidence of a vulnerable person at risk of harm.

  • There is evidence of criminal activity.

  • If you you (the client) have given us express permission to liaise with other professionals on your project.

TWC Ltd adheres to all data protection and privacy guidance under the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulations) and we maintain an annual DBS subscription service.

Charges and Payment Terms

We accept all methods of payment so long as it has been agreed and signed off prior to commencement of the project, or at any other time but only upon communication and agreement.

Payment for projects spanning over 7 days will require an advance payment covering the first 5 days and the balance at the end of the last day’s session. Payment by bank transfer is required to be completed on the same day whereas 3rd party contractors / vendors will have their own payment terms.

Additional Conditions:

Breaks/ rest times are included within the session time.

Although we do not take away rubbish/refuse or recycling, we are however, happy to take items that can be reused/ repurposed to a charity shop or other suitable place on your behalf and at your own cost.

We will travel free of charge to destinations up to a 20 mile radius from the starting postcode. For trips over 20 miles in both directions, expenses of 45p per mile for the additional distance will be charged.

Any parking fees/ train fares incurred in providing the Services will be invoiced to the client.

Session length will be agreed at the time of booking, however if you (the client) requests an extension of the session time, the additional hours will be charged at the usual hourly rate (to the next nearest half an hour)

Cancellation and Alteration of Hours

You have the right to cancel the Services. However, if this is with less than 2 working days of the appointment you will be charged 50% of the full session price while cancellation on the day of the booked appointment will incur the full fee.

TWC Ltd Teams do not work on Saturdays and Sundays except in extenuating circumstances and is the express decision of the team member and not an administrative decision. This consideration may attract a charge at the discretion of the team member up to but not exceeding the already quoted session rate.

Health & Safety / Covid-19 Additional Conditions

Before commencing work you (the client) and TWC Ltd Team (Service Provider’s Rep ) agree the following points, for as precaution, preventive measures through following government recommendations:

No current symptoms of Covid-19

We will offer to wear a face covering

We will request that the house is well ventilated with windows left open if possible.

Should either party subsequently tests positive for Covid-19 or any other conditions that may be contagious during the course of the project, neither party will be held liable. Nevertheless, we require that both parties take appropriate precaution.

Virtual Services

Offering

This is where TWC Ltd offers remote/ virtual support via video platforms. This generally refers to providing (you) the client virtual support and encouragement with tasks related to decluttering, organising and lifestyle management either for the home or office/ workspace. All work is directed by (you) the client at your pace and requirement, including any decisions about what to dispose of or donate. We will not advise on the value of any items that you may wish to donate or sell.

We also host closed, invite only integrative wellbeing virtual events that help our clients improve their quality of life, through our various interests and partnerships, pertaining to lifestyle / self care activities & products.

Arrangements

TWC will provide you with log in details and links to our session 24hrs before the appointment either by email or text messaging.

The session is timed as agreed and for the agreed fee. Kindly ensure prompt arrival we may be unable to extend the session.

Confidentiality and Safeguarding

We will require your address to ensure that we are able to arrange emergency help for you if it were needed.

Payment is required either in advance for all virtual sessions preferably by online transfer. However we are able to take other methods of payment if needed by arrangement.

Physical Products & The TWC Store

Items purchased from the store relating to Selfcare, Productivity and Health Care Products are non-refundable and can not be returned once received as they cannot be re-used or re-stocked.

We require that clients book a consultation prior to making purchases so they ensure they are getting the right product for their needs.

TWC will not be held liable for a purchase made in error once the order has beed fulfilled and marked delivered / received.
